商品注文方法

ご希望の商品ページより、オプション、数量を選択し、カートへ入れてください。注文完了後に、ご登録のメールアドレスへご注文完了メールを配信いたします。
しばらく経ってもメールが届かない場合は、「迷惑メールフォルダ」をご確認いただくか、注文履歴よりご注文状況をご確認ください。
注文完了後の注文内容の変更については、お客様都合の場合は変更できません。注文をキャンセルしていただき、再度ご注文のほどお願いいたします。商品発送後の注文キャンセルはできません。

お支払いについて

ご利用いただける決済方法とお支払い時期については以下のとおりです。



【クレジット決済】
ご利用いただけるクレジットカードは、VISA・MASTER・JCB・AMEX・DINERSとなります。

ご注文完了後、1営業日以内に発送手配をおこない、決済を確定させていただきます。

実際の引き落とし時期についてはご契約のカード会社へお問い合わせください。



【Amazon Pay】
Amazon Payをご利用いただくには、Amazonアカウントが必要です。

Amazon会員のIDとパスワードでログインすることで、Amazonに登録されているクレジットカードを使ってお支払いが可能です。

配送について

ご注文後、5営業日以内に発送いたします。

セール商品は、商品ご用意のため発送までにお時間をいただく場合がございます。

お買い上げ商品の合計金額が20,000円（税抜）以上の場合は遠隔地を除き送料が無料となります。遠隔地には別途料金がかかります。
・【北海道地域の場合】440円（税込）
・【沖縄本島の場合】1,870円（税込）
・【その他離島の場合】3,300円（税込）

消費税について

商品代金以外には、消費税および送料をお支払いいただきます。

返品について

返品をご希望の場合には、商品到着後3日以内に当店宛てにご連絡ください。

期限を過ぎますと、当店に不手際があった場合、およびお客様のご都合によるご返品の場合のいずれにつきましても、返品をお受けできかねますこと、ご了承いただけますようお願いいたします。
